The print out of the form duly filled by the parents should be deposited on school reception by hand.

Instruction for Registration of Forms
- Take a print out of the form
- Read the instructions given in the form carefully before filling the form.
- Only one form per child will be accepted.
- Don’t leave any field blank, in case , any field is not applicable, kindly write NA.
- Incomplete or incorrect application is liable to be rejected.
- The print out of the form duly filled by the parents should be deposited on school reception by hand.
- For all the onlined printed forms the submission has to be done at the reception along with the payment.
