Dear Parents,
As you are aware the Junior School SPORTS DAY SPRING HYPE 2009..2010 is scheduled to be held on Sunday the 7th March, 2010.
Schedule for Rehersal Day 6th March 2010(Saturday)
Venue for practice – National Bal Bhavan, Kotla Road, New Delhi. Near ITO
Reporting Time - Regular (Morning)
Bus Timings - Regular (Morning)
Bus Dispersal Timing - 2:00 P.M. from school (Pre-School – VI)
Accordingly parents will collect their wards from the respective bus stops.
Dispersal (On Foot) - 2:15 P.M. from school (Pre-School - VI )
Eatables - Double Tiffin & Disposable Water Bottles
Dress Code - Winter Uniform without Blazer & no school bag
Schedule for Sports Day 7th March 2010 (Sunday)
· The reporting time for on foot students is 12.30 P.M. for Grades I to VI.
· For bus students, buses will start from school and reach the first Stop at 12.15 p.m.
accordingly the students should reach their respective stops.
NOTE: ( Pre-School & Pre-Primary ) Parents who are not interested to use School conveyance, can drop their ward in school at 1.00 P.M. sharp.
DISPERSAL
· The parents are requested to pick up their wards only after the programme is over from their respective class teachers.
· In no case request for early exit on 7th March, 2010 will be entertained.
· The students will be handed over to the parents/guardians only after signing the roll sheet.
· Parents are requested to maintain discipline while collecting their wards and
co-operate with the teachers during dispersal time.
· School conveyance will not be available at departure time in the evening.
COSTUMES
- The students will be wearing the costumes from home and apply light make up.
- Students have to wear only P.T. shoes along with socks provided by the school.
- Girls of class I & II will wear skirt on the given costume which will be replaced later
in the school itself.
- Please send a packet of safety pins, black hair clips, in a labeled plastic bag by 04.03.2010.
- Related accessories/costumes if any, will be worn in the school itself.
- Students of grades I and II should carry labeled bag clearly showing name and class in it.
EATABLES
- Though the school is providing refreshment, parents are suggested to send additional lunch box with disposable water bottle.
Parents are requested not to send any valuable items or money with the children.
This is to remind you that attendance from 4th March, 2010 is mandatory for all the students.
The school will remain closed on Monday the 8th March, 2010.
